The residential complex is a modern multi-apartment quarter located in the west of the capital. The variable height of the towers — two at 22 floors, one at 46 floors, and two at 59 floors — creates a dynamic effect, while the bright architecture adds variety to the local landscape.

The courtyard area features play spaces for children of different age groups, a sports ground, a relaxation area, a tea gazebo, a decorative pond with a shaded canopy, and an open area for events.

For car owners, a two-level underground parking for 695 cars will be built, equipped with a car service, charging stations for electric vehicles, a unloading area, and bike parking.
