The residential complex is a modern multi-apartment quarter located in the west of the capital. The variable height of the towers — two at 22 floors, one at 46 floors, and two at 59 floors — creates a dynamic effect, while the bright architecture adds variety to the local landscape.

The project offers more than 200 unique layout solutions. All apartments are delivered with White Box finishing. From the panoramic windows of the apartments, picturesque views of the "Setun River Valley" park and the dynamic center of Moscow open up.

The project is an example of an extensive "compact city" occupying 18,800 square meters.

Residents will be able to spend time outdoors thanks to the landscaped area, developed by Grigorios Gavalidis and the GAFA team. The residential quarter will include the construction of a modern school, preschool institutions, restaurants, a fitness center with a swimming pool, open terraces and cafes, as well as a development center for children and a creativity studio. The internal space of the courtyard is designed as four interconnected zones, harmoniously transitioning into one another and united by a system of secluded paths. The courtyard area features play spaces for children of different age groups, a sports ground, a relaxation area, a tea gazebo, a decorative pond with a shaded canopy, and an open area for events.

For car owners, a two-level underground parking for 695 cars will be built, equipped with a car service, charging stations for electric vehicles, a unloading area, and bike parking.
