The project includes modern high-rise towers and mid-rise quarters with cozy courtyards, ranging from 6 to 8 stories high. The architectural concept of the quarter was developed by the British firm “SimpsonHaugh”. The towers feature studios and 1-4 room apartments from 27 to 128 sq.m. with panoramic or enlarged windows. There are layouts with spacious living rooms with 3-4 windows, a window in the bathroom, as well as penthouses with the option to install wood-burning fireplaces. Apartments are available both unfinished and with a “White box max” finish. In the premium houses “Unique”, there are only 140 apartments, with 3 to 5 lots per floor. The layouts are large, with spacious kitchen-living rooms, loggias, classic balconies, and there are corner options. In some lots on the upper floors, there is the possibility of installing wood-burning fireplaces. Apartments in one of the buildings will be rented out with premium designer finishes, and there is an option to install a “Smart home” system. The territory of the quarter will be carefully landscaped: there will be walking paths, boulevards, children's play and sports grounds, as well as quiet areas for relaxation. A special gem of the quarter is the creative space Izofabrika, which will house an art school, workshops, and restaurants. Two kindergartens will operate on the territory.
