The residential complex consists of two towers with heights of 41 and 49 floors, from the windows of which there is a view of the largest park in Moscow - Sokolniki. The architectural appearance of the building was developed by the Kleinewelt Architekten bureau, which implemented the concept of "transparent" architecture, emphasizing panoramic glazing.
Thanks to the significant height of the buildings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the absence of high-rise buildings nearby, the space visually expands, offering picturesque views of the central part of the city, natural landscapes, as well as breathtaking sunsets and morning sunrises.
The lobby project was developed by RYMAR.studio, known for its high-class interior solutions. Adhering to the overall idea, the designers aimed to create an atmosphere of openness, transparency, and sincerity in the design of the space.
The territory of the complex is zoned and filled with greenery, allowing residents to dissolve into the environment, hear the silence, and feel peace and harmony. The private green area creates an opportunity for solitude and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the city. The inner courtyard of the project will feature a central square with a fountain, an art object, a summer café area, and places for relaxation.
For car owners, an underground parking lot is provided. Inside the residential complex, on the first floors, there are commercial premises of various purposes.
