High-rise buildings and mid-rise blocks, a vast courtyard-park, and developed infrastructure make “Seliger City” one of the most attractive options in Moscow.
The complex includes 11 buildings of varying heights (from 6 to 45 floors) and was designed by the Dutch architectural bureau MLA+. Each residential building is named after Dutch and Russian artists and travelers. The architectural design is executed in Dutch style, and the common areas feature designer finishes made from high-quality materials.
The project offers studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with living areas ranging from 24 to 105 sq. m. Among the author’s formats of increased comfort are apartments with floor-to-ceiling glazing and a winter garden.
Residents will have their own park and pond, sports and children’s playgrounds, as well as relaxation areas for both children and adults.
The complex will also house a school and kindergarten, as well as cafes, shops, a yoga studio, and a fitness center.
