"First Quarter" is a comfort-class project located in the Leninsky District of the Moscow Region. The residential complex consists of 6 construction phases, with one monolithic-brick building of variable height in each. The buildings are shaped like closed rectangles, forming a closed inner courtyard.

The facades of the buildings are finished with clinker bricks and decorated with wood-like panels.

The entrance groups in the complex are through, level with the sidewalk, with large glass doors. The lobby interiors of each building are unique, with walls adorned with minimalist-style paintings.

Among the offered layouts are studios, one-, two-, and three-room apartments in classic and euro formats. There are also non-standard formats available: two-level apartments, apartments with terraces and separate entrances, with dressing rooms and laundry rooms.

The adjacent territory is designed as a park area with landscaped greenery, playgrounds, sports zones, and relaxation areas. The complex has its own infrastructure, including commercial premises on the ground floors, a medical center, a school, and a kindergarten, as well as an above-ground multi-level parking lot.
