The complex is represented by a composition of six buildings of varying heights: from 7 to 33 floors, including three low-rise ones. The architectural concept was developed by the renowned bureau MAYAK Architects and combines strict forms with natural materials such as anodized aluminum and brick. A key feature of the buildings is the jumbo windows up to 3150 mm high, which create a sense of freedom and fill the interior spaces with light. The project offers a variety of layouts: from small one-room studios of 28 m² to luxurious penthouses with terraces and glazing on three sides, reaching 156 m². High ceilings and large windows create an atmosphere of spaciousness, while master bedrooms with French balconies add elegance. Special formats of apartments, such as duplexes and those with terraces, emphasize the individuality of your home. The lobby interior is filled with the aesthetics of mountain rocks — natural shades and texture of finishing materials create a special aura of tranquility and serenity in the public spaces. Cozy lounges, comfortable waiting areas, a stroller storage room, and a dog wash are arranged in the halls. A fitness room is equipped for sports activities. The underground level features a parking lot for 504 cars with the possibility of installing electric charging stations.
