The complex is a premium suburban project that includes various housing formats: author urban blocks, club houses, and townhouses with private infrastructure, as well as cottages with personal land plots. The houses are designed in a modern minimalist style, each building has a unique shape, and the facades are adorned with panoramic windows and terraces. The height of the apartment buildings ranges from 6 to 12 floors, while the townhouses and cottages in the project are two stories.

In the residential complex "MYC", apartments are offered in urban blocks. This is an excellent option for a small family, with lot sizes ranging from 38 to 170 sq. m. There are many terraces, and the windows offer views of the city square and park.

The format of the club houses is characterized by special privacy, with only 2 to 4 apartments per floor, each featuring a panoramic terrace, and there are two-level lots with ceiling heights of up to 6.4 meters and a separate entrance.

The townhouses will be available in three options to choose from. These are spacious houses with an area of 190 to 224 sq. m with a closed territory, inside which you can accommodate from 3 to 5 bedrooms.

A distinctive feature of the cottages is that they are houses on their own plots without neighbors; there are 36 such lots, with an area of 260 to 415 sq. m.

The public areas include functional spaces: a lobby with an author design, a waiting area, a mini-library, storage rooms for baby strollers, and dog washing stations. Passenger and freight elevators have been installed.

The project territory is fenced and represents a closed courtyard-park with its own infrastructure. Landscape gardening has been completed, and functional zones are connected by walking routes. The territory includes a kindergarten, a sports complex, and four tennis courts. Commercial premises are located in the stylobate part of the building. For car owners, a covered parking lot for 500 cars is provided.
