The "MONS" quarter is a business-class project consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 2 to 45 floors, built as a "city in miniature" — with squares and a chain of boulevards, an urban park, office and business centers, and shopping malls. The "play" with different heights, textures, and shapes of facades allowed more light to enter the apartments and courtyards, making the spaces between the buildings permeable and airy.

The courtyard spaces are designed in a patchwork style. A network of public spaces and pedestrian boulevards has been organized for the residents of the quarter and its guests, connecting the main points of attraction and making movement within the quarter safe and attractive. Key spaces are marked by special landscaping elements: art objects, fountains, steles, and accent greenery. The territory features modern playgrounds developed in collaboration with psychologists.

The project presents 50 options for planning solutions. On the first and last floors, there are special apartments: with terraces, a separate entrance, duplexes, with multiple terraces, a swimming pool, a sauna, a chimney for a fireplace, and rooms for a winter garden.
