The project is a dynamic urban cluster consisting of two blocks and a separate tower. The residential complex comprises eight buildings ranging from 4 to 47 stories high. The architectural style is designed by one of the leading firms, “Kamen Architects.” The facades feature stained glass and composite panels. Natural materials are used in the design of the entrance groups, and the lobby includes a lounge area and coworking space. The complex offers various European-format planning solutions. Apartments are delivered with a rough finish, and ceiling heights range from 2.83 to 3.6 meters. Combining layouts is possible. Most apartments offer picturesque views of the park. The project includes immersive courtyards and public spaces designed by British landscape firms “Gillespies” and “West 8”: a courtyard with a fountain, green and sensory gardens, areas for relaxation, picnics, and active entertainment, as well as a developed commercial infrastructure.
