The architectural firm Kleinewelt Architekten has created a residential quarter project that showcases a harmonious blend of traditional and modern styles. The complex includes three buildings, each distinguished by its unique shade of facades, ranging from light pink to light gray. The central element is a 23-story tower with panoramic windows, serving as a beacon.
The apartments feature a variety of layouts, from compact one-bedroom units to spacious penthouses with terraces offering views of the Yauza River, VDNH, and the park. Residential spaces in the premium quarter are offered with a rough finish "MR Base".
The landscaping concept was designed by the architectural bureau "Druzhba" and aims to create a secluded atmosphere. It includes relaxation areas, a children's playground, and a sports area, as well as a square with a fountain. The landscape design features greenery, trees, and decorative paths with evening lighting.
The complex includes a two-level underground parking lot, restaurants, cafes, a fitness studio, and outdoor work areas. Additionally, residents are provided with amenities such as stroller storage, pet washing stations, as well as a high level of security and modern technologies, including a "smart home" system.
