Метроном

The "Metronome" residential complex consists of two urban blocks with varying heights from 28 to 100 meters, a kindergarten, and a commercial pavilion. The blocks are connected by a two-story stylobate, which houses parking, storage rooms, and stroller storage, while various services and shops are located on the street side. Inside the blocks, there is a green courtyard-park on the stylobate.

The courtyard is designed in the concept of a quiet garden: active zones are separated from recreational areas. Recreational areas with street furniture, a fountain, children's and sports playgrounds, a multifunctional lawn, and a community garden are planned. For sports activities, pull-up bars and parallel bars are installed in the courtyards. Group classes, yoga, and soft fitness can be organized on the lawn. For cycling enthusiasts, bike paths are arranged around the perimeter of the buildings.

The "Metronome" buildings are filled with various types of layouts. The first and last floors are reserved for special apartments: two-level apartments, apartments with terraces and separate entrances, and apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows.

For car owners, there is an underground parking lot for 500 cars, designed as a concise lobby for motorists and serving as a second entrance to the building. On the basement floor next to the parking lot, there are stroller and bike storage areas to keep the entrance to the building always free, as well as individual storage rooms.
