Life Time

Life Time helps residents preserve the most important thing — time. The prestigious location in the elite Presnya area allows for quick and comfortable access to the City or the historical center of Moscow. Presnya is a green district with 25 hectares of well-maintained parks. The quarter is located 300 meters from the Krasnogvardeyskiye ponds, 650 meters from the December Uprising Park, and 750 meters from the Red Presnya Park. A homogeneous social environment has been created in the location: since 2016, 20 premium houses have been built here, and more than 35 are currently under construction.

Thanks to the Life Time concept, residents do not need to leave the quarter — such a vibrant environment does not exist in any other project.
