“Khamovniki 12” is a club-style 14-story deluxe class building located in the historic center of Moscow.

The architectural appearance of the project was developed by the Ostozhenka bureau. The facade, executed in neutral shades, combined with a textured pattern, panoramic windows, and stepped architecture, creates a unified composition that perfectly harmonizes with the natural and historical surroundings. The grand entrance is adorned with wrought-iron gates, antique statues, Greek columns, and bas-reliefs in the Beaux-Arts style, executed in a Hellenistic manner. The spacious lobby features a private library for residents.

The project includes 36 spacious apartments, as well as two penthouses with wood-burning fireplaces and terraces. The apartments feature spacious layouts and offer various options: from kitchen-living rooms to master bedrooms, dressing rooms, laundry rooms, and additional bathrooms.

On the first floor of the building, there will be an exclusive restaurant and a club SPA complex where residents and their guests can relax and enjoy their leisure time.

The security of the “Khamovniki 12” club house is ensured by round-the-clock security, a video surveillance system, and regular patrols by a professional security service that has undergone special training. One of the underground levels includes a private depository. Additionally, residents have access to a conference room with a high level of protection for confidential business meetings.
