The "Edition" quarter consists of 5 buildings, with heights ranging from 15 to 29 floors. The inspiration for the project authors came from the modern architecture of Zurich, Switzerland: clean composition, simple geometry, a strict grid broken into segments, texture, and the tactility of materials.
The buildings are united by a plinth, which houses commercial premises. Green walking terraces with private patios, an all-season communal garden, and relaxation areas will be installed on the plinth. The lobby halls will be decorated in light and dark tones, with entrance doors featuring panoramic glazing.
With the assistance of professional child psychologists, playgrounds have been designed to provide important activities for a child's physical and psychological health: play, movement, communication and interaction, and contact with nature.
The complex is adjacent to a private courtyard-garden, designed in the patchwork technique, where each part has its own character, but together they form a cohesive whole.
For car owners, the underground parking provides several types of parking spaces: standard, family, and motorcycle spaces. To make the space more functional, a tire inflation station and charging stations for electric cars have been designed.
