Famous

Famous is a 58-story skyscraper designed by the architectural bureau ADM in a futuristic style. A distinctive feature of the lower part of the facade is its texture with protruding glass elements. The external panels of the building are clad in aluminum cassettes. Integrated into the upper part of the glazing are ventilation grilles that provide an individual ventilation system, harmoniously embedded in the facade. The multifunctional glass used has both sun protection and energy-saving characteristics.

The project features apartments with European layouts, from the windows of which breathtaking panoramas of famous places in Moscow can be seen, including Fili Park, Moscow City, and Poklonnaya Hill. The apartments are offered with either rough finishing or finished interiors to choose from. The ceiling height is 3.1 meters, and on the 57th floor, there are penthouses with ceilings 5.2 meters high.

The landscape design of the complex was developed by the same bureau, ADM. Residents have access not only to the area around the building but also to the entire infrastructure of the first phase of the residential complex “Fili City.” The courtyard area is designed according to the best European standards: landscape design in the style of a nature garden with an alpine slide and bright lawns, a cozy square with a fountain and outdoor café, a small park for walks, children's play areas, and sports grounds. For sports enthusiasts, there is a basketball court, a workout area, a health trail, running and cycling paths, trampolines, and tables for table tennis. A convenient smartphone app will allow residents to plan workouts, receive consultations, and organize group classes. For car owners, there is an underground parking garage with two levels for 275 spaces, with access automatically granted by the car number.
