The club house “Enigmia” is located in the Tverskoy District of Moscow. The complex consists of two buildings with heights of 16 and 19 floors, connected by a floating garden bridge at a height of 57 meters. The facades have smooth contours that expand from bottom to top, and a large part of the surface consists of panoramic glazing. The complex has a total of 92 apartments, including view apartments with corner kitchen-living rooms, residences with private terraces, apartments with fireplaces, and panoramic windows in dressing rooms and bathrooms.
