The project includes three 15-story buildings constructed using brick-monolithic technology. The architectural appearance was developed by the bureau "Ostozhenka." The buildings have a cascading structure and are faced with light dolomite featuring an expressive texture.

The entrance groups of all buildings are connected by heated glass galleries, providing access to all amenities of the internal infrastructure, regardless of weather conditions. The lobby is equipped with comfortable relaxation areas with soft furniture, mini-coffees, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, children's playrooms, and charging points for electronic devices. Each section includes storage rooms for children's strollers and special washing areas for pets.

The project offers a wide range of apartment layouts. The area of the apartments ranges from 31 to 177 square meters. There is an option to combine apartments, as well as options with windows on two sides of the building. On the upper floors, there are 5 penthouses with open terraces. The ceiling height in the penthouses reaches 4.1 meters, while on standard floors it is 3.25 meters. Apartments are offered with two finishing options: White Box and designer renovation "turnkey." Penthouses are sold without finishing.

A landscaped park covering 1 hectare with sports areas and table tennis courts, children's play zones, and quiet corners for relaxation and meditation has been created on the private territory of the complex. The internal infrastructure includes a modern fitness center and a restaurant. For car owners, underground parking is provided. The lower level also features bike storage and individual storage rooms.
