The House on Chasovaya is a cozy residential complex of business class in the Airport district. The project was designed in a neoclassical style by the architectural bureau SPICH. DD:OO:MM consists of seven 5-story sections and two high-rise buildings. The dominant features — towers of 13 and 22 stories — mark the entrance to the territory. The project has an S-shaped layout, which allowed for the creation of a cozy perimeter around the courtyard.
In total, the project includes 255 apartments, including 2 penthouses and non-standard apartment formats: with terraces on the 6th floor, patios, French balconies, mezzanine floors, as well as corner and two-sided apartments. All apartments have high ceilings in rough finishing, with a standard floor height of 3.6 m, in three-room penthouses with terraces - 3.95 m, and apartments with mezzanine floors - from 2.95 to 7.6 m. The apartments are delivered without finishing (Shell&Core format).
The central place in the infrastructure is occupied by a grand lobby designed in the style of a cozy library. The lobby was designed by the Balcon bureau with ceiling heights starting from 5 m. It features must-have spaces for comfort: meeting rooms, stroller storage, dog showers, package storage areas, as well as a reception desk in the central lobby with a 24/7 concierge service. The courtyard is closed, landscaped, and designed as a multi-level garden in the spirit of a European estate. Inside, there are areas for quiet relaxation and reading under canopies, a children's playground, a workout area with exercise equipment, an amphitheater for informal meetings, and the central alley connects all elements.
The underground parking is designed for 149 car spaces and 4 surface parking spaces, with 69 storage rooms located on the -1 floor for seasonal item storage.
The House on Chasovaya has excellent transport accessibility. Within walking distance are the metro stations "Airport", "Sokol", and the MCD "Krasny Baltiets". Nearby are major universities, schools, and kindergartens. All necessary commercial infrastructure is also within walking distance. For drivers, there is convenient access to Leningradsky Prospekt, the TTK, and the MKAD.
