“City Bay” – a business-class residential complex on the banks of the Moscow River in the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo area. The three quarters are named after one of the world's oceans – Atlantic, Indian, North. The fourth quarter is Cliff.
The buildings of varying heights, from 11 to 54 floors, form four enclosed courtyards, connected by a boulevard and a landscaped embankment.
“City Bay” is a combination of different textures, materials, color solutions, and heights. The finishing will feature reliable and durable clinker tiles combined with metal window modules and large-format glazing.
The design of the entrance groups was developed by the Jaime Beriestain studio (Spain). The landscaping is by the Dutch landscape bureau Arteza.
Construction will be carried out in four phases, ultimately resulting in 466,532 sq. m of residential real estate. One of the advantages of the project is the panoramic views from the windows of the Khimki Reservoir, Stroginsky Bay, and Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo Park.
